Our 2010 Giving Campaign

OTR’s Visionary Circle Fund

We recently created a Visionary Circle Fund, which consists of those who have so generously committed to a monthly pledge in support of OTR’s mission.  We ask that you join this circle by committing to your own monthly donation.  No amount is too small.

New Building Fund

In 2010, OTR completed its five-year strategic plan to build one new building each year, bringing the total apartment communities managed to seven.  Going forward, OTR is embarking on gathering donations to support the development of an eighth community.  No sites can be explored without the necessary private funding.

Infrastructure Fund

OTR is in need of new computer equipment, including a new Server system & ancillary support equipment, to help manage its apartment communities.  This equipment is necessary not only for efficient management of the buildings, but also for extending the virtual reach of the Arboretum Business Center and its Workforce Development Program to all OTR residents.
