WHAT MAKES OTR APARTMENTS SPECIAL?

OTR apartments have been designed specifically for low income individuals with physical disabilities who are able to live independently with the assistance of privately-contracted personal care givers. All of the apartments developed by OTR come with rental subsidies. These subsidies make an OTR apartment affordable for all regardless of income.

YOU CAN AFFORD TO LIVE HERE.

All of the apartments developed by OTR come with rental subsidies. This makes the units affordable to nearly everyone! Residents pay 30% of their adjusted gross income toward the rent. HUD pays the remainder. As this is subsidized, income limits apply to all properties, varying by location. In some of the buildings all utilities are paid for by OTR. In other buildings,a utility allowance is deducted from the rent to offset utility costs for the resident.
