I/we will support CELEBRATION 2009 with a sponsorship. Each package includes 10-$250 tickets, a $1,000 gold page ad, plus benefits described below by package.
PLATINUM	$25,000 Sponsorship (plus! name on program cover, prominent signage at the event, 10 additional $250 tickets)
DIAMOND	$15,000 Sponsorship (plus! prominent signage at the event, 6 additional $250 tickets)
CRYSTAL	$10,000 Sponsorship (plus! signage at the event, 4 additional $250 tickets)
EMERALD	$5,000 Sponsorship (plus! signage at the event, 2 additional $250 tickets)

Individual BENEFACTOR	$250 per ticket (front orchestra)

Individual CONTRIBUTOR	$75 per ticket Visit www.pickstaiger.org to purchase these tickets. (balcony)

Sorry, I / we can not attend. However, here is a contribution for Over The Rainbow Association: $

¹ Sponsorships are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law; the value of any tickets used is $50.
² Tickets are tax deductible over $50; donations are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law.
³ Student/child tickets must be picked up at ‘Will Call’ and individuals may be required to show an identification. Tickets will be seated with the rest of their party. If individual student/child tickets are purchased, then they will be placed in the best available balcony seat.
