Over The Rainbow Association is thrilled to partner with The Golden Rule LLC, which has created an innovative way for our supporters to donate the value of their unwanted gold. The program offers three important returns based upon the true and full refinery value of your (our supporter’s) gold. You as a donor will be paid a fair and competitive price for your gold; an amount equal to what you are paid is donated in your name to OTR; and you receive the tax benefit of the percentage donated.
This program is simple to execute. If you as our supporter choose to participate in this program (if you have unwanted gold), a prepaid and insured mailing package is sent to your home, which you then use to ship your gold to The Golden Rule. Upon receipt of your package, both you and OTR are notified of your gold’s quality and full refiner value. This evaluation is conducted in an open, transparent, and recorded manner and the value (offer) is available for both you and OTR to review online. Should you accept the offer to sell your gold to the refiner, then your gold is refined and all refiner funds are remitted in full directly to OTR. Once the funds are received by OTR, we will contact you to confirm both the amount paid to you as well as your donation to OTR. You will then receive an acknowledgement letter from OTR for your tax records thanking you for this special gift.
For more specifics on The Golden Rule program, please click on The Golden Rule logo, which will connect you to the program’s website. We also invite you to call OTR to discuss any questions you may have about this program. As always, thank you for your continuing support!

Over The Rainbow Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing affordable, accessible housing and employment opportunities for adults with physical disabilities. Our mission is to enable adults with disabilities to lead an independent life.
On Sunday, December 4, 2011, Over The Rainbow and world-renowned opera singer, Nancy Gustafson, will host our 22nd annual foot-tapping, heart-stopping CELEBRATION benefit concert to raise money to support our mission. In addition to Nancy, the concert showcases a bevy of world-renowned singers, including Sylvia McNair, Richard Leech, Paul LaRosa, Dominic Armstrong and Jonathan Beyers. We are also pleased to announce that our very own resident, Nichole Goodman, whose courageous performance at last year's concert touched everyone's heart, will be joining this year's cast. Accompanying these exceptional vocalists will be world-acclaimed pianists Kristin Okerlund and Ted Taylor. Over our twenty-two year history, these performers have regaled audience members from across the United States year after year with beautiful contemporary, classical, and holiday music.
This coming holiday season, join us in our CELEBRATION and give the gift of independence.
